It's very comfortable to wear around the neck and has a long velcro strap for a lot of adjustability. It came with a very nice, high-quality carrying bag. I didn't notice very much of a smell when opening, but I don't think it's Certi-Pur memory foam. However, the foam is a good quality and it hasn't bothered me so far.
