I usually use cutting boards made of wood, bamboo, or plastic. Wood and bamboo one tend to mold easily, while plastic gets scratched a lot. This stainless steel cutting board is very easy to clean and doesn't get scratched. So far, it's the best one I've used.
Looks good, reasonable priced and seems like it is scratch proof too. I have used few times and happy with it. Just a wish it would be the best if they would have made it little more thicker, it may be because of weight issue too.

I bought these as an alternative to typical plastic cutting boards, that shed micro plastics due to knife cuts. Yes, the titanium will bear knife marks and it will scratch but it does not shed plastic. They're nice to use, no loud cutting noises when chopping. I wish I'd bought them years ago.
